Teenagers may benefit from having someone else to talk to other than family or friends. This enables them to speak more freely without feeling that they might upset or put pressure on those close to them.  Fears, anxiety, negative thoughts or self image can be helped with hypnotherapy and cbt counselling. Teenagers can also suffer from panic attacks and feel over pressurized from changing circumstances.

Teenagers and confidence together with self esteem issues are often the key to improving self belief and making positive changes.  Simple techniques may help them with social issues and also exams.
